Biography

Surrounded By Idiots has been a predominate force in the South Jersey music scene since 1995. Once, one of the heavier modern rock acts of the nation's biggest cover band scene, S.B.I. worked their way through every Jersey Shore bar and nightclub smashing the faces of local fans with an onslaught of 80's and 90's grunge, hard rock and metal. After becoming an original act in 2000 with the release of their self titled cd, S.B.I. became one of the Atlantic City area's only true hard rock original acts. In an area swarming with classic Rock, punk and hardcore metal bands, as well as the legions of cover bands that filled the stages of every club and casino bar, S.B.I. set forth an original hard rock live show that rivaled that of their very influences. With the completion of the third cd to be released 2011, S.B.I. are looking to win over club crowds and hard rock fans alike with their brand of high energy modern rock.
