The DISC colors
The DISC model is proven model on behavioral assessment, and a tool used to understand and analyze human behavior in various settings. It categorizes individuals into four primary personality characteristics: Dominance, Influence, Stability and Compliance.
Building on the DISC model, I have introduced the four colors helping us understand both ourselves, and the (idiots) surrounding us.
